You opened the email a week late and the download link is dead, or the portal says access expired. You're not the first, and the fix is usually a request away.
DA offices share discovery through portals (TechShare, Box, OneDrive, Axon Evidence.com) that expire links after days or weeks on purpose. Expiration is not a production failure and it is not waiver; the State's obligation to produce doesn't end because a URL did.
Email the prosecutor or their discovery clerk, identify the cause number and the production date, and ask for the link to be refreshed. Offices do this constantly. If a portal account was involved, log in there first; sometimes the files are still sitting in it even though the emailed link died.
Then download EVERYTHING immediately, not just the file you need this week. Links die again.
The pattern that hurts is downloading one file at a time, as needed, from links that keep dying. When a production lands, pull it all down once and get it into your case folder. If the volume is the problem, that's what our bulk option is for: share the whole folder and we pull, transcribe, and organize all of it while the links are still alive.
Have a fresh link and a mountain behind it? Point us at the folder.
