Mehaffey Transcription converts legal-discovery recordings into clean, court-ready transcripts. Attorneys send body-worn camera footage, in-car dashcam video, 911 calls, recorded jail and inmate phone calls, custodial interviews, and case video; we return timestamped, speaker-attributed Microsoft Word documents that can be searched, cited, and used to prepare a case.
Files are transcribed on dedicated in-house hardware, never on a public-cloud transcription service. For verified orders, a trained reviewer corrects the transcript word-for-word against the discovery and police reports and labels every speaker. Discovery is encrypted, kept private to your account, and automatically deleted 30 days after delivery.
